Discounted Labs, Medication & Radiology Fees
Our discounted prices and savings are extended to you. All prices will be quoted before your labs and radiology are ordered or prior to filling prescriptions.

You’ll be able to reach us and your medical information via internet, webcam, e-mail and text.
A Comprehensive Annual Physical including Well-Woman Exam
This exam will be fitted to your personal medical needs. It’s all about you, and your specific goals for wellness. A physical exam will be done, and appropriate tests will be ordered. We will also make sure you are up to date with all recommended health screenings and immunizations. This includes an annual flu shot at wholesale cost.
Minor Labs & Procedures
For example, minor suturing and simple skin biopsy are all included in your membership fee. If there is an extra charge for a service, you will know exactly what it is before proceeding. There maybe special labs and procedures that may require an additional fee. Our members receive a discounted price for these.
Chronic Disease Management
If you are living with hypertension, asthma, diabetes etc., we will come up with a plan to maximize your quality of life while living with chronic disease.
Consultation with Specialists
If you require a consult for specialty medical care, Dr. Nasi will work closely with that specialist to coordinate your care.

Dr. Nasi performs a number of procedures. Below is a list of some of the procedures that are offered at no additional charge:
Other procedures are available and offered for a small added cost. Additional expense may also be incurred if supplies such as splints, cast shoes or crutches are needed. There may be pathology costs associated with sending skin biopsies/pap smear to the laboratory for further testing. Any added costs are always discussed with patients prior to ordering any tests or treatments.

Primary Care medicine is the foundation of good health and wellness, and a close partnership with the individual who provides Primary Care improves patients’ chances at wellness. Our current healthcare system does not always emphasize wellness, and certainly does not promote individual relationships between patients and the doctors who care for them.
